Each object is unique in shape and color, therefore complaints and returns are not accepted for differences in color and or shape compared to the object published on the site.

Terms of payment

Purchases made on WWW.NICOLOGIULIANO.IT are safe and guaranteed, payment can be made by choosing one of the following methods:

1.Payment by bank transfer in advance

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be managed only after confirmation of the full amount credited. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. For correct and quick order management, the Customer must indicate the order number, date, name and surname of the Customer in the payment reason. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The availability of the chosen product will be assessed at the time of accreditation.

2. Payment by credit card

Where the User chooses to pay by credit card, the reference bank will authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made. In case of cancellation it will be requested by the company GIULIANO CERAMICHE D'ARTE S.r.L. the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount. The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. 3. Payment with Pay Pal

By selecting the PayPal payment type, the User will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site and payment will be made according to the methods indicated therein. Shipping and costs

Delivery time

Delivery of the goods

Upon delivery of the goods, the User is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
• that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is governed by the current legislation referred to in Articles. 52 and succ. Consumer Code as amended by the LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21 February 2014, n. 21. The User who holds the status of Consumer referred to in point 3.2 has the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason and without any penalty within 14 working days and without incurring costs other than those provided for in article 56, paragraph 2, and Article 57 of the aforementioned decree.
Note: The right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 and succ. Consumer Code is EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED to the Consumer defined by the Consumer Code in Article 3 as the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out. Therefore, those who purchase with a VAT number and therefore as a company and / or professionals cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. Even natural persons who have purchased customized and / or project-based objects cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Method of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal must be exercised in the following ways:

• The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging still sealed, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment if any). The shipment until receipt in our warehouse is under the full responsibility of the User. GIULIANO CERAMICHE D'ARTE S.r.L. is not responsible in any way for damage and / or theft / loss of products returned by uninsured shipments.

Returns and refunds

The goods must be returned to GIULIANO CERAMICHE D'ARTE S.r.L. within the terms referred to in the point above together with the authorization form received. Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, the company will refund the User the full amount within 14 days from the delivery of the goods by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the User's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to receive the refund (IBAN code of the customer).

Forfeiture of the right of withdrawal

The User loses the right of withdrawal and the consequent right to reimbursement in the event that GIULIANO CERAMICHE D'ARTE S.r.L. you ascertain the existence of even one of the following conditions:

• Use, even partial, of the asset and of any consumable materials;
• Lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
• Absence of product components (accessories);

Applicable law
